We currently only ship to the Unites States.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order Processing Time (2-4 days)
This refers to order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our supplier for fulfillment 24 hours after the order is placed, this is to allow time in case of any size or address changes. The supplier then processes the order and prepares the order for shipment, which can take 2-4 days.
Shipping Time (12-20 business days)
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination once the order has been processed. In order to offer our customers the highest quality products at the lowest prices possible, we work with several international suppliers from Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Because most of our products are shipped internationally, shipping time is estimated to take between 12-20 days for the item to arrive at the destination once it has been shipped.
Once the order has been processed and the item is ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail usually within 48 hours. Once you receive your tracking information, it will sometimes take 2-4 days before the tracking number is actively showing updates.
***Since we work with several suppliers, your order may be shipped out in several batches, depending on the items you order. If this happens rest assured you will be provided with tracking information for each shipment in your order.
Our 30-day return policy is outlined below:
1) Item must be returned within 30 days of being delivered.
2) Item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
3) Item must be in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

If a return/exchange is necessary we will provide you with a United States return address that you can ship the item to.
***Promotional Items (ALL SALES FINAL)
Due to the nature of some of the promotions we run (i.e. Free - Just Pay Shipping), we DO NOT offer refunds on items where we only charge for shipping costs. Once the item has shipped, we are no longer able to process refunds and do not accept returns on these items.
If you need to exchange your return eligible item for another one of our products, please follow the steps above. However, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Any refunds on return eligible items will be issued once we receive the returned item in its original condition. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a few of days of processing the return.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with return/exchange items.
